Welcome to Kaiser Permanente. We want to ensure a successful transition to your new health plan by welcoming you to Kaiser Permanente and providing a personalized onboarding experience to help you get started with your plan.

Book your appointment below.

Your onboarding experience will include a live call by a member of our specialized onboarding team. Schedule a phone appointment and we will call you — at a time that fits your schedule — to discuss your coverage.

During your appointment, we will:

  • Confirm you have received ID cards
  • Provide a detailed review of your benefits and confirm eligibility
  • Verify Kaiser Permanente doctors and pharmacy locations
  • Explain more about your plan and direct you to helpful online tools
  • Connect you with our Clinical Care Coordination Team for transition-of-care support, if needed
  • Help transfer your prescriptions
  • Help you register to use KP.org
